About the Role
We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experiences across digital products. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to turn complex requirements into simple and elegant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent user experience across platforms.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation.
Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback and analytics.
Stay up-to-date with UX best practices, trends, and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a UX Designer (minimum [X] years).
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and outcomes.
Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
